Electric Fireplace Suite with White Mantel and 23" 3D Insert, Ex-Display Model from our London Showroom
This is our own display model from the showroom in London, sold as a complete package: a classic white fireplace mantel with a 23" electric fireplace insert already fitted. The insert is a variant of our Eldur 23", upgraded with a 3D flame effect and a crackling fire sound, so you get both the look and the sound of a real log fire without smoke, soot or a chimney.
The Electric Insert
- 3D flame effect: realistic flames glowing up through a bed of detailed logs and embers.
- Crackling fire sound: adds the sound of a real fire to the ambience, and can be switched off.
- Built-in heater with fan: warms the room when needed, with the heater outlet at the top of the insert. The flame effect can also be used on its own without heat.
- Touch control panel: with temperature display and settings for flame, heat, brightness, sound and timer.
The Mantel
The insert sits in a white fireplace mantel with a clean, classic panelled design, a top shelf and a raised plinth. It creates a real fireplace focal point in your room and simply plugs into a standard socket, with no installation or flue required.

Order confirmation
You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email after purchase for you to review.
Payment for your order will be reserved on your account until we dispatch the order from our warehouse.
Fast dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm where the products are in stock will be shipped the same day. Every order is hand-packed and shipped with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS and Dachser.
Orders including products that are not available at our main warehouse will be handled as soon as possible, and you will be notified of an expected delivery date when we have it from our suppliers.
Track your order
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking information by email, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
Not home when your order arrives: Your order will be delivered to the carrier’s local pick-up point.
Placed a large order: Large fireplaces and products are often shipped on pallets. Before delivery of a pallet, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
